Earth Day 2011 Preparation

Earth Day is coming up on April 16, 2011! The venue has been moved to the San Clemente Community Center lawn due to the ongoing construction in the pier parking lot. The good news is that this new location gives us an opportunity to:

• Add more vendors! We are looking for vendors or display booths from those who support sustainability or whose products are eco-friendly!
• Sell food! We are also looking for restaurants or anyone who would like to sell food at the event in support of the San Clemente Watershed Task Force!

In addition to the Earth Day Festival at the Community Center, we need volunteers to help with the beach cleanup from 9:00 to 11:00 am at the pier as well as to man the Adopt-a-Beach booth.
